Today was a bit of a lazy day as it was the last full day here. We got up late and went down for breakfast in Cafe Del Mar where Claire had eggs and I had a very nice tuna sandwich.
Afterwards we walked into town in search of a cash dispenser but I didn't keep an eye on the satnav and we ended up way off course. Never mind, we took the opportunity to visit town, walking along the railway, which was nice. After 1.5 hours of walking and taking out cash we got a bit lazy and took a rickshaw back.
After a detour to our room we went to the beach where I stayed for an hour before having had enough while Claire lingered on for another hour until 16:30.
We showered again, relaxed and then went for dinner in Abba where I was back on Indian food with a chicken Manchurian while Claire went for spring rolls and Pakoras.
We returned to the room on a mission. Declan, Claire's brother, had indicated that he'd like to meet us for Easter as he's in Hong Kong and is off on the 5th-10th of April. So we went on a planning session as our aim is to perhaps meet him in New Delhi in a nice 5* hotel with a pool - and take him on a day trip to see Agra/Taj Mahal. We got Darjeeling planned including booking train to New Jaigalpur and a cheap and cheerful hotel in Darjeeling with good TripAdvisor reviws.
Then it was bedtime...
